Teeth Whitening Prepping Instructions:
Light brushing morning of appointment, avoid brushing a few hours beforehand. Best to eat something before the appointment as you should not eat or drink for at least 2 hours post whitening (water is OK!)
For at least 24 hours avoid coffee, tea, red wine, soda,
red sauce, spinach, any darker foods that are staining.
